Tuesday 7th June 2016George won his 6th CC at Bath Champ show. Many thanks to USA judge Ann Yushav. He also won Best of Breed and was shortlisted by Richard Allen is a very strong Terrier Group! Saturday 12th March 2016After a fun and busy day yesterday manning the Cairn stand in Discover Dogs at Crufts, today is going to be spent preparing for our show day tomorrow. The first job is to exercise all the dogs. A free run down the field first and hopefully they won't find any fox poo! Then home for breakfast and a but of relaxation before being brushed through and the final touches to that natural look so essential to a Cairn! Wish us luck....

I am not sure that this will "cut and paste" very well but below should be a copy of the schedule for a small country show on 15th May. Last year, Dawn judged the Novelty classes and had a wonderful time. This year we will be taking the puppies and having a wonderful time. The Peopleton WI have a refreshments tents (wonderful teas and cakes!) The dog show runs alongside a horse show too - so it is a great outing to get young dogs (and owners) used to lots of different smells!!!! Hope to see you there

The small print, but very important stuff! – PLEASE READ!
Dogs that have won a Challenge Certificate or equivalent, Reserve Challenge Certificate or Junior Warrant are not eligible in Pedigree classes at Companion Dog Shows.
Only dogs 6 calendar months and over are eligible for entry. Entry fees are non – refundable.
Jack Russell Terriers are not eligible for entry into the Pedigree classes (except Parson Russell Terriers)
Only undocked dogs & legally docked dogs may be entered for exhibition at this show.
All dogs must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
Under Kennel Club Regulations we have the right to refuse any entry.
We cannot insist that children are kept on leads but they must be kept under control by a responsible adult at all times.
Please clean up after your dog! Please do not bring bitches in season to the show.
